Items returned within 20 days from the day the package was received will be eligible for a store credit or exchange for another item of equal value. Returns received after this date will be issued store credit for 50% of the value for the items being returned. Store credits don’t include shipping fees, and are valid for 1 year.
All returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged. Products with a removed hygiene seal are not eligible for return. Any returns that appear to be worn, washed, or damaged in any way will be returned to you at your expense. If we are unable to do so, you will receive a store credit with a 50% fee deducted from the amount of the value of the item(s) returned.
All items are returned to Prime Attire at the expense of the customer. Please be sure to fill out the return form and place inside the return package. A tracking number for the returned package must be obtained by the customer in case the package is lost on its way to Prime Attire. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.
FINAL SALE items are not eligible for exchange or store credit.
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours after the order was submitted.
